Is a boat charter a good idea for a stag or hen party?

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking early, particularly during peak months. However, we can accommodate shorter-notice enquiries depending on availability.

Can we customise the itinerary?

Yes. Every charter is fully bespoke. Timings, cruising routes, stops, and the overall pace of the day are shaped entirely around your group.

Can you accommodate larger groups?

Yes. Our multi-boat packages allow larger stag and hen groups to enjoy a coordinated, shared experience across multiple vessels.

Can we bring drinks onboard?

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring drinks and refreshments to enjoy throughout the charter.

Is the experience suitable for mixed groups?

Do we need boating experience?

No. Your professional skipper manages all navigation and vessel handling, allowing your group to focus purely on enjoying the day.

Is music available onboard?

Yes. Most of our vessels are equipped with onboard Bluetooth sound systems. You’re welcome to connect your own device – your skipper will assist with this on arrival.

What should we wear?

Comfortable, practical clothing works best. Smart-casual attire is perfectly suitable, with soft-soled footwear recommended.

What happens if the weather isn’t perfect?

Your skipper will always prioritise comfort, adjusting routes or cruising plans where appropriate. Should conditions be unsuitable, clear options will be discussed with you prior to your charter.

Are the boats comfortable in cooler weather?

Yes. Many of our vessels offer covered seating, enclosed cabins, and heating, allowing celebrations to remain enjoyable across multiple seasons.

What if someone is concerned about seasickness?

The Solent generally offers relatively sheltered cruising conditions. Your skipper will always cruise at a pace suited to guest comfort, and adjust the day accordingly if required.

Are lifejackets provided?

Yes. Appropriate safety equipment is provided for all guests onboard.
